Free voicemail services?

I'm looking for a completely free (not just trial) voicemail service that allows you to upload an audio file for your greeting (4 minute length) and gives out either local or toll free numbers.

2. I opened an account earlier this year with Netzero's PrivatePhone service. It gives you a telephone numer (local number only, you choose area code) plus voicemail all for free (at least for now). I don't know about uploading your 4 minute outgoing message. It might be possible. Otherwise, you'd just have to record the audio from your PC speakers into your telephone.

4. FREE...with a 4 minute greeting????? NOT..!!!!!! Must be an ad. To get a 4 minute greeting, I don't even know of a PAY service that allows that!!
