How do I get my movistar info and services in English?

I live in Spain and am on movistar. How do I get it configured to recieve movistar info/txt and voicemail services in English? Also i've been told that I cant upgrade my movistar phone for free even though i'm on contract! is this true?

1. I believe you can call Movistar and ask them to do voicemail in english, however, info messages, your probably out of luck on. Usually carriers do not let you upgrade your phone for free even when in contract unless you re-sign that contract, and even then you have to be eligable.
