Is there a free voicemail service that I can get and 800# to retrieve messages with no $$ and no computer.?

I am on disability and they have a pay phone on the floor of my residence.I do not have a phone or computer at home but I can go to a pay phone and get messages without having to pay for it. I would like to dial a #800 number and be able to retrieve messages from people. I have heard about this
