How to RE-activate Voice mail Transfer on a Nortel Norstar T7316E (feature 986)?

My phone system in my office no longer tranfer calls to Voice mail! Feature 986 on a Nortel Norstar T7316E!! THe book I have is too confusing!! HELP!!!!

  1. call Nortel or go out to nortel.com and see if it is easy to figure out. E

Heres the quick fix. find your voicemail pilot # (feature 985) then hit the upside down phone with a down arrow key (RLS) Hit the feature button(looks like a globe, grey button) then type **266344 then type 266344 (just the number) at the password. Change the "call forward no answer" to the voicemail pilot #. Hit RLS and you are done. send me an email if you have trouble
