Voicemail

What is the best multiple cordless phone system for a residence?

I have a large house that is served by two old cordless phones. A typical problem is that when a call comes in, by the time I get to one of the phones, the call has gone into voice mail. I have phone jacks throughout the house, but some of the areas I would like to station a phone are not near a jack. I don't need a system with voice mail. Please advise.

  2. V-Tech..It was cheap and battery life isn't to bad for the price.. Panasonic is better by far for features,,But I'm too cheap to pay extra $
  3. That phone Roger is talking about sounds magnificent. I have used a Uniden phone for over 3 years now. Prices are reasonable.
