Dialpad digits are not recognized when Yahoo Voice call connects to a voice menu system.?

I am making PC to phone calles to check my voice mail. But I need to enter my passcode and # or * digits. I am using the dial pad, but the digits I enter are not recognized by my work voice mail whereas it works fine with Skype ! it has got to be a Yahoo Voice issue.

1. Contact Customer Care with the number and date and time of call. This is typically an issue with carriers and will likely require Yahoo! engineers to fix. I had the same issue and was able to get it resolved. Took a day or so though.
