T-mobile voice mail help!!?

whenever I call voicemail on my cell(tmobile) it says" you have reachead the voicmail system.If u have a voice mailbox on this system press * then i press * and it tells me to enter my #. When i enter my # it says "Sorry that voice mailbox is invalid" Im SURE i put the right number and it has done this on all my previous phones with this # so i dont think it id the phone it says to enter the 10 digit # and never asks for the password

1. Try entering just the last four digits of your phone number. No promises but try it
2. hey therE! i had the same problem when i got my phone. It actually wasn't just my phone it was for 2 other lines that i just added to my account. I had to call customer service and they said that for some reason voicemail on all these phones never activated. Call t-mobile and then they will activate and give you your password which you can change afterwards.
