AX275 cell phone - How do I can the length of rings to answer before it goes to Voicemail?

Does anyone have a clue about the AX275? I'm searched the instruction manual and internet for any answer. My wife's phone only rings three times before it switches to voice mail. Can the length be changed on the phone?

1. Check and see if the phone is set on auto answer which can be found under settings and then go to call settings.
