Voicemail

My cell phone says its restricted and i got criket and i got the kyoncera lingo?

What do i do.. It wont let meh call my voicemail box itz messing up. it wont let meh call my missed call. And i got free internet on that thing but itz restriced to get on there. Im really lost..??..

1. Your first mistake was getting Cricket for a service provider. Your second mistake was buying a Kyocera phone, they suck.

3. You must have turned Enabled Limit calls on all calls. Go to Menu>Settings>Security>Enter your lock code (0000 or the last four digits of your phone number if you haven't changed it) then go to Limit calls and set it to No Limit. You should be good to go.
4. call criket customer care ... and find out why. They can help you if its a phone issue. Is your bill paid? If your service is suspended then it may also show as restricted.
