I think my cell phone is broken. help?

For my bday last year i got a LG5300 from verizon in december.Basically its attached to my hip&everyday i send&recieve 500-600 texts.I chew on the antenna,but its just a stub.I also chewed on the top when you open it, and the screen cracked.Twice.The verizon store down the street said it wouldnt cause any damage.Chewing is a nervous habit for me if yer wondering.Theres also some minor water damage from steam&a drop here and there.But its nothing serious either.Anyways i usually get up at 4:30 in the morning to take a shower,&thats when i send my first texts to my friends to wake them up.Thank god they have alarm clocks bcos my texts didnt send.&for all of today i havent been able to send or recieve texts&calls,even to my own voicemail.Also,i have internet on my phone&that wont connect,not even to my account which you dont need internet for.I took it to the verizon kiosk thing in the mall and they played with it until it died bcos the battery was draining faster than ever.Is it broken?

1. Hi kayteekarnage, It sounds like you have a problem. The only thing I can suggest is to turn off the phone and remove the battery for a few minutes. Replace the battery and try it. Sometimes that fixes them. You need to carry a chew stick with you. Norm
