cell phone music help??

ok, so whoever calls my cell phone hears 'please enjoy the music while the party is reached' and then they hear vivaldi's 'spring.' this is all instead of the normal tone you hear a few times before voicemail picks up. how can i change the music to something other than vivaldi's? i have an extremely pathetic phone (thanks to my parents' plan), so i have no internet, no music, no anything, basically. can you help me out?

1. ahh, you have the evil overlord verison as your plan. i don't have verison, so i wouldn't quite know, but if you go to the browser that let's you download ringtones (i don't know if you have that or not) there might be an area that lets you buy a new song. if not, keep forcing your friends to listen to a horribly electronified version of a famous and great composer's work
