Is going to collage to become a virtual office professional a good idea?
i already have taken classes on microsoft word and all of the programs that come along with it and almost all mac programs how hard would this be for me? how much work will i be putting in? and is it all worth it in the end?

- It is worth it to at least get some sort of college degree, because the competition out there is astounding now, even if your field. And remember that unless you plan to own your own company, someone else will be doing the hiring. College degrees on a resume always look stronger than someone without. You might have all the certifications, and that is great for your field... but someone else with the same certifications that has a college degree will likely have a better shot at the job. Having a degree on your resume says more than just what major you came out with; it shows that you had some self-discipline, etc. Also having the name of a good school on the resume matters also, at least to most people.
