What are the advantages of hiring a Virtual Assistant (like Intelligent Office), over an hourly employee?
Anybody have experience with this? I'd love to hear about it.

- doesn't cost much won't complain :P doesn't need to sleep etc won't die probably more efficient
- I have no experience of Intelligent Office, but I would go for the human touch all the time. A computer can't make a cup of coffee, or make excuses for you if you should need to take time out to make company-paid phone calls to girl/boy friends. On the other hand, a computer has no personality for you to argue with, or discuss last night's TV programs..
- A Virtual Assistant is the right arm of any business owner, particularly small business operators, business consultants, speakers, associations, real estate consultants, legal professionals, and much more. A VA is an experienced Secretary who has many years of secretarial experience and is extremely computer literate. In fact they have many skills and qualities. They are dedicated to helping businesses becoming more successful by freeing up valuable admin/computer time. The costs are affordable compared to a full time employee, because fees are charged by the hour. If you need a document modified anytime, simply email the file to your VA, who will attend to it straight away and have it ready within 24 hours or even sooner. Need a meeting arranged locally or internationally? Email the details to your VA, and they will organise the meeting date, venue, catering, audio/visual arrangements successfully. Record your letters on digital audio and email the file to the VA, who will transcribe the letters, and email the file to your list of addressees. Don't have time to shop for your office stationery? Email your list and the VA will arrange to have it delivered to your door. The list goes on ...
