has any of you used the virtual doctor's office visit such as patientndoctor.com? how does it really work?

1. I haven't used a virtual doctor visit, but no online site can replace a physical exam by a medical professional. I would imagine the site asks you generic questions based on common problems and responds according to your input. Please see a physician, pharmacist, etc. for real medical emergencies or problems.
