How do block Toll free numbers from calling your house phone???

A Toll Free Number has called my house nine times just this morning!!! (Not an exaggeration)

1. Call this number and register your number : 1888-382-1222 its the national do not call list. they have 31days to stop calling and if they call after that period then you can file a complain
