toll-free numbers?

Are the U.S. toll-free numbers free worldwide. If I want to call a U.S. toll-free number from Europe is it free for me?

1. So your carrier is based in the U.S. and you're roaming in Europe. Pretty straight forward...tollfree numbers are not free for cellphones. they DO use your minutes, and if you do decide tocall while you are roaming, you WILL be charged the roaming rate for the country you are in. Hope this helps!
