I want to dial toll free numbers from my mobile. I tried prefixing 9122 and 022 etc but could not found. Please tell me (..) I live in Mumbai India and this number is required to ask a question in TV show

- dial the number and hit the green button
- Err...just like that...and do hit the SEND button also.
- an 800 number will be *long distance* toll free, but not air-time toll free. that's just the way it is.
- your prefix is wrong!!!
- um. just dial. there aren't any toll charges, just minute charges. i don't think there are any numbers besides the cell phone company's help line that don't charge minutes (unless you're on your anytime or nights and weekends minutes). And what kinda prefix is 9122 and 022? made them up randomly? and check your number. telephone numbers don't start with 1's (as in 180-3545).
- the same as from anyother phone. did you hit the send/call/green button?
- Just dial the number. I will reduce your airtime.
- It's no different than dialing any other number if you have a normal cell phone that dials long distance... just put in 800 as the area code and the rest of the number. I've never had a problem... You shouldn't need any sort of prefix. It will still use your minutes, though.
- No prefix. Just dial 800 180 3545.
- Just dial it as it is. Either 1.800 or just 800. When dialing outside your calling area like 415 or 650, you dont even need the 1, many people don't know this...
- are you in the US? If not, you cannot dial an 800 number. If you are, most mobile carriers do not require the 1, but other than that just dial the number and hit send/go/talk/enter.
- You can't everytime you place a call on your cell you use their network and towers and such it has nothing to do with toll free, That's why everyone gives free long distance with thier plans!
- You have to pay for these numbers when you call from your cell. They are included in your monthly minutes.
