Are toll free numbers free using verizon wireless cell phones?

Do they charge billable minutes?

2. yes me and my friends call 1 800 numbers all the time on their cell phones still using minutes though my friends have unlimited minutes though
3. There's no "charge" to call a toll-free number from your Verizon, but they do count against your minutes in your plan. Make sure you're not coming close to going over your package.
4. They are free in the sense that it doesn't cost extra on your bill to call them but they do use minutes.
